Rizla are some of our oldest friends, we've been working with them for more than ten years.
We convinced them that the Internet was a good thing in 1996, and they threw themselves into it with wild enthusiasm. They rule the UK's rolling paper market, we've promoted some memorable parties, rock festival appearances, ground breaking musical tours, cinematic sponsorships, unique clothing and a range of new product launches...
Ambition
In summer 2006 we agreed with Rizla that we would:
- Recruit a load of people to the Rizla emailing list
- Get a load of visitors to turn up, use and explore the website
- Give away a load of prizes without breaking the bank
- Bring a smile to our visitor's faces
Achievement
- It was so popular in the first 24 hours that visitor numbers were up more than 1300%
- The number of subscribers to the Rizla emailing list increased by 40%
- 150,000 layers of the virtual parcel were unwrapped before we ran out of prizes
